Mill Supplies is required to charge state and local tax on items for which sales tax exemption certification has not been provided. When ordering please indicate clearly which items are tax exempt.

For Purchaser's with established credit, terms are net 30 days from date of shipment. If credit is not established, please include payment with order or purchase through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. All payments must be in U.S. dollars. Invoices that remain past due of net 30 days are subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month or 18% per year.

Material may not be returned without our prior consent. All material to be returned must be in first-class saleable condition subject to our inspection. Requests for permission to return material must include our invoice number and date. Any material returned is subject to restocking and transportation charges when the result of a customer error. Our acceptance for return of special items is subject to obtaining approval from the manufacturer.
